October 28, 2008 at 2:53 pmThank you so much for your lovely recipes. I’m new to Indian cooking so your videos give me a lot of confidence in preparing your delicious dishes!
I’ll be preparing Malai Kofta (and several other recipes) in January for a friend who is a Celiac (no wheat) so I am going to try your recipe shortly with rice flour instead of wheat flour before they arrive. My husband loves Indian dishes and can’t wait to help and experiment.
