1cupunsweetened crushed pineapple
½cupcondensed milk
½cup coconut powder
1cupmilk powder
1tbspghee
1tspraisins
1tbspsliced almonds
½tspcardamom powder
Instructions
In a pan, heat ghee over low-medium heat and add the grated coconut. Roast for one minute until it just begins to change colour, being careful not to over-roast.
Add condensed milk, crushed pineapple, milk powder, almonds, raisins, and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook, stirring continuously, until it forms a soft dough-like texture. Keep scraping the sides.
Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool.
Once the mixture reaches room temperature, shape it into small ladoos.
Allow the ladoos to cool completely before serving or storing. Enjoy!
