Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened crushed pineapple
  • ½ cup condensed milk
  • ½ cup coconut powder
  • 1 cup milk powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  • In a pan, heat ghee over low-medium heat and add the grated coconut. Roast for one minute until it just begins to change colour, being careful not to over-roast.
  • Add condensed milk, crushed pineapple, milk powder, almonds, raisins, and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook, stirring continuously, until it forms a soft dough-like texture. Keep scraping the sides.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool.
  • Once the mixture reaches room temperature, shape it into small ladoos.
  • Allow the ladoos to cool completely before serving or storing. Enjoy!

Tips:
Make sure to roast the grated coconut on low heat to avoid burning.
