Pineapple Jalapeno Pops

Pineapple Jalapeno Pops

This is a yummy snack which has mild sweetness of pineapple and slight spiciness of jalapeno peppers. This also has cheese stuffed along with the other ingredients. It is a very simple appetizer to make and for sure will be liked by all.

  • Saute till the pineapple turns soft.
  • Add the potatoes and sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add required salt, Chat masala and make sure all the ingredients combine well.
  • Make small balls out of the dough.
  • Roll them into a circle.
  • Spoon some filling in the center of the dough and add some cheese on top and close the ends so that it forms a bite size ball (like making for aloo paratha).
  • Deep fry in oil.
  • Insert a toothpick on one end.
  • Serve hot with the honey chili dip.
  • For the dip, add little oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and chili flakes.
  • Mix it with honey and let it rest for sometime for the flavors to get absorbed by the honey.
