I am looking for recipes for split channa masala. Would you be so kind as to share some with us? Even a video would be nice!
Love your recipes!

September 13, 2009 at 12:39 amAloha Aunty Manjula: So excited to read about your Fund Raising Cooking class. Mingei is a wonderful museum. They exhibited origami sculptures there a little while ago ( maybe two years ago?). Not only do I love cooking Indian home cooked meals, I also love to teach origami, the art of paperfolding. I wish I was there, but I live in Hawaii [sniff sniff] . What dishes will you teach during the three days?
