    Thank you, Manjula! My favorite samosa ever. I greatly appreciate the tip to cover pre-made samosas with a damp cloth to keep them from drying out.

    For those new to this recipe such as myself, let the frozen peas thaw first–frozen peas put in hot oil act like uncovered popcorn! Also for beginners, I found that making extra dough and then rolling not quite as thin made putting them together easier. My first dozen were ugly, but with a little practice they looked nice.
