Paneer and Rose Kulfi

Paneer and Rose Kulfi is easy to make dessert. Instead of traditionally creamy texture, this is more like a grainy and enjoyable texture.

  • 200 gram Paneer (Grated)
  • 1/4 cup fresh rose petal paste
  • 8 Tbsp Sugar (powdered)
  • 1/2 Liter milk
  • 2 Tbsp cornflour (mixed in half cup milk)
  • 1/2 cup mixed dry fruits (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp rose water
  1. In a heavy pan boil milk with paneer. Stir continuously.

  2. Add cornflour mixture and cook for another 2 minutes. 

  3. Add sugar, rose petal paste and cook for 2 minutes till the mixture thickens. 

  4. Cool it and add dry fruits and rose water. 

  5. Freeze in desired kulfi molds for 4-5 hours.

Tasty and healthy kulfi is ready to eat.
