As you can tell I haven’t been blogging for a while. It’s been difficult to get the ball rolling again.

I wanted to share with you a great article about Asafetida that my student, Allison, shared with me. Asafetida is a popular Indian spice that I use in many dishes to season vegetables and lentils. The article describes Asafetida’s history, popularity, and medicinal values. The article is published in the Saudi Aramco World magazine.
