Corn Starch

Corn starch is often used as a binder. It can be used as a thickener in many recipes, can be replace with arrowroot.

    Corn starch is designed rived from Mielies or Maize. It is also called maize flour. (not to be confused with maize meal). Sold in SA under brand name of Maizena. Feels and looks like Talc
