There were a good number of entries for January contest and many sent baked versions of the classic samosa recipe which was great. In fact, both top two entries I selected were baked samosas. There were other unique variations like pizza which was interesting. I enjoyed reviewing all the entries. Here are the winners this month and the top five entries.
